Weight of the World

Eggshells & waste / 30 x 90 cm
Pollution is making eggshells thinner, more vulnerable to the pressure of the outside world. As an example: The eggs of birds, such as the peregrine falcon, are becoming so thin that parents are crushing their eggs when they try to brood them. The intention of this project is to represent the effect of pollution on eggshells.
